Apply Lip Balm to bare lips for a sheer wash of color or as a moisturizing base under any lip shade. Use it as a topcoat for added shine and illuminating effects over other lip colors. For a subtle golden shimmer, tap LMZ Powder (sold separately) over Lip Balm. To achieve a natural-looking highlight without shimmer, tap Lip Balm onto the high points of the cheeks with your fingertips.
